• Managing actions of introduction;



• Setting production priorities according to production purposes, profitability, rate of return;



• Providing cost-utilization regarding all the Company;



• Selection, permanent developing, appraisal of managed employees;



• Determining, creating, modifying and realizing strategic company's plans, targets and processes;



• Coordinating SOX 404;



• Monitoring revenue-conditions and realization;



• Monitoring of costs;



• Deciding and monitoring about Company index numbers;



• Supporting the plant manager in developing returning profitability and investment;



• Supporting production efficiency increase and scrap reduction;



• Developing employees with inner trainings.

• University background or equivalent (MBA, Master-diploma);



• Proven Finance, Controlling and Accounting competence;



• Fluency in written and spoken English, knowledge of second foreign language will be an asset;



• Strong understanding and working knowledge of cost accounting and variance analysis in a manufacturing environment;



• Previous experiences in heavy industry;



• Openness to conduct frequent business travels.
