The employee will be employed as Estimation Engineer, with the tasks exactly described hereafter:

• support for sites regarding safety, quality, cost, pricing, subcontracting, scheduling and management of the surrounding environment,



• training of engineers and contractors in the above-mentioned requirements management,



• ongoing maintenance of a database on the costs and subcontractors,



• search for new contractors



• preparation of market analysis and ongoing reporting,



• preparation as required for promotional and current projects



• preparation of reports, assessments and detailed valuations spending plans,



• preparation of plans and methods of works,



• preparation of contract documents and analyzes the current report,



• support the construction management department



• clerical work required to above mentioned tasks.

Requirements:

• University degree



• Knowledge of English on very good level,



• Minimum 3~5 years of experience in a comparable job



• Driver license cat. B
