Opis stanowiska

• Provide technical leadership and guidance for the design, construction, and commissioning of the offshore substation platform (OSP) electrical systems.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that electrical engineering aspects align with project goals and timelines.


• Develop detailed electrical engineering designs and specifications for the offshore substation platform, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.


• Oversee the selection of electrical equipment and components, ensuring they meet project requirements and are compatible with offshore conditions.


• Coordinate with project managers and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within the overall project scope.


• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.


• Ensure that all electrical engineering activities comply with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations.


• Implement and enforce safety protocols to guarantee a safe working environment for the team.

Profil kandydata

• Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.


• Proven experience in electrical engineering for offshore wind farm projects, with a focus on OSP design and implementation.


• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and components used in offshore wind farms.


• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to offshore wind energy.


• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.
