Job Description:
Reach agreed sales volume
· Leads generations and qualification
· Develop solution and value proposition for customer
· Negotiate contract and close the deal according to guidelines
Manage support, coordinate and develop the “country” sales force
Reporting
· Monthly forecasting/weekly forecast update
· Other sales reporting requested
Requirements:
· Proven experience In solution selling and economical argumentation for capital investment from k€ 50 – more than 1 million
· Experience is sales of capital goods: logistics systems, fork lifts, copier machines, leasing company, production machines will be an adventage.
· Knowledge in process and software intensive solution selling
· Good in operational sales with management talent
· Good/Fluent in English. Knowledge of German an adventage
· Able to develop the market for Manpower Client
· Documented network among relevant customer segments
· Operational Sales Management experience
· Good understanding of software supported logistical processes and production processes – material flow
· Good knowledge in Excel, Word and Power Point
