• Developing and managing FM service delivery team ca. 15 employees, maintaining operational and commercial compliance within client and CBRE expectations
• Developing standard performance indicators and management information for client reports

• Good knowledge of SLA's/KPI's and measurement procedures
• Project management experience within occupied environments
• Fluency in Polish&English
