• Acting as centre of communications, offering support and guidance for FM services on site
• Establishing an M&E and Fabric Maintenance supplier strategy for the site
• Developing standard performance indicators and management information for client reports

• Experience in managing Site portfolio comprising numerous buildings
• Project management experience within occupied environments
• Confidence and expertise in managing diverse team – key requirement
• Fluency in Polish&English
• Good knowledge of SLA's/KPI's and measurement procedures
• Experience in dealing with suppliers/contractors      
• Understanding of multiservice contracts and negotiations with strong organisation and communication skills

• Possibility to grow further with us on a regional level
