• Providing direction to FM operations and solutions for the account
• Ensuring compliance to legislation relevant to FM services and meeting, for both CBRE and supplier partners for Technical services
• Identifying pull through business and additional works for the site management
• Acting as centre of communications, offering support and guidance for FM services on site
• Developing standard performance indicators and management information for client reports

• Project management experience within occupied environments
• Understanding of multiservice contracts and negotiations with strong organisation and communication skills
• Experience in managing P&L circa $7 million with proven experience in effective budget control and financial planning
• Experience in dealing with and influencing clients and customers
• Good knowledge of SLA's/KPI's and measurement procedures
• Experience in dealing with suppliers/contractors      
• Experience in managing Site portfolio comprising numerous buildings

• Necessary training
