Opis stanowiska
For our Client - a global building consulting company, we are looking for Senior Project Manager.
The person on this position will be responsible for project management including coordinating teams of engineering professionals and cost managers. Moreover, Candidate will identify tasks and resources essential to project completion, and will monitor those operations. More specifically, Candidate will create realistic work schedules and alternative plans, maintain the risk, coordinate teams’ actions on the project.
We are looking for Candidates with at least 5 years of experience in project management within construction industry (preferably in industrial, retail or office sector) and with at least 2 years of experience in working on construction site. Fluency in English and engineer degree is required. Building license will be an asset. The ideal Candidate has good knowledge of law procedures and construction market. On this position both interpersonal and analytical skills are essential. We are looking for Candidates who are scrupulous, well-organized, communicative and can easily build relationships with clients.
