Opis stanowiska
Our client is a leading company on the market in its sector. Currently, due to the company grow we are looking for Facility Manager Europe.
Successful Candidate will be responsible for managing company’s portfolio across Europe. Overseeing external facility management company and other subcontractors, optimize costs and ensure proper and effective use of premises.
Facility Manager will be also responsible for implementing international procedures, create and manage the budget as well as report to Head of Real Estate.
Ideal candidate has 5-6 years of experience in facility management of industrial, logistic or production properties, has technical education and is willing to travel. Fluent English and Polish is a must.
