Our Client is the international top company active in Energy and industrial sector. Due to constant growth on Polish market we currently are recruiting for Site Manager.
Site Manager responsibility will be to lead the project at the wind farm site. The successful Candidate will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager with the planning, preparation, establishment and execution of the site, managing and monitoring all aspects of safety and environmental and technical requirements at the wind farm site. Site Manager will be the first contact for customers and suppliers as well as instruct, control and manage personnel at site.
The ideal Candidate should have at least 2 years of experience preferably as a Civil Engineer in operative project execution and construction site management for complex technical projects either in the civil construction, manufacturing and plant engineering industry, the wind turbine or similar industries/energy sector. We are looking for Candidate with Polish construction license, technical qualification and knowledge of MS Office and MS Project.
The right Candidate must also have strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, and ability to communicate freely in English. Basic knowledge and appreciation of the technical, commercial and political aspects driving the wind industry would be advantageous. Candidate should be prepared to travel for assignment in Poland or in Europe.
