Opis stanowiska
Our Client is a leading construction company specializing in Energy sector with focus on turnkey projects for EPC investments. The company is an international organisation. Due to development of the company, we currently are offering development opportunities for a Civil Engineer with experience in energy construction business to take the role of a site manager.
The Candidate is the representative of the company on the construction site and in this function the direct contact person for the customer, the subcontractors and the companies providing services. He manages the assembly and coordinates the subcontractors and external companies providing services during his operation on the construction site. Candidate's employment location will be in Poland.
Desired Candidate has: Completed technical education, completed engineering studies in the field of civil engineering or comparable education, Min. 5 years of professional experience in a similar position at least as deputy site manager in a general contractor company from Energy sector, Knowledge about the company, the internal processes, Sound IT-knowledge of MS/Office (Excel, Word etc.), Proficiency and perfect knowledge of the various subsections and facilities on a building site (a. o. scaffolding, installation, electrical and mechanical technology, concrete, wood, etc., Knowledge about legal and insurance-legal regulations concerning safety at work, Valid driving permission, Competent English knowledge in speech and writing. The Company expects form the Candidate mobility (business trips within Poland and seldom international trips).
