Currently for our client, worlds leading engineering company we are searching for
Interface Lead Engineer
As an Interface Lead Engineer the candidate will be responsible for managing interface activities in a project, between the parties participating in it. Candidate will be the driving force in order to resolve issues, actively pursue negotiations between the parties and finds solutions.
Candidate will also be responsible for engineering cases where he will have to use his engineering knowledge (especially from civil engineering / structural engineering / mechanical engineering) regarding the subsea systems while working with suppliers, clients and different departments among company.
Precious experience in Oil & Gas business (especially in Subsea systems), international projects and long term assignments in this sector would be an advantage.
Candidate has to speak English fluently, present adequate interpersonal skills (ability to negotiate, mediate, communicate and arrange the flow of information in the project). Candidate should be familiar with decision making even in most complicated situations and take responsibility for his choices. The person in this role will be working in cross functional teams.
