For our international Client which provides professional engineering services to various industrial sectors including Offshore and Oil & Gas, we are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor
On this position you will prepare work sheet analysis and segregate category of work involved in the project proposal and evaluate and verify quantities and specifications are in line with tender and projects specifications. You will submit a consolidated Bill Of Quantity in the format required by the client and Assist in preparing work estimates for different phases of the project, collaborate with project planner on advising PM of possible over runs and on the actions necessary to remain within the approved project budget. You will work close with the project team to ensure that measurements, variations and contractual matters are properly recorded and notified.

The ideal candidate should have technical background, with a preference for a diploma Mechanical Engineering, and at least 5 years of overall experience of similar positions as Quantity Surveyor. Ideal candidate should have In-depth knowledge of all types of surveying methods frequently used in the construction of Oil&Gas projects. You need to speak English and Polish at fluent level. Offshore experience shall be strongly preferred.
