For our Client, one of the largest global producer of specialty chemicals, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

Junior Project Manager
The ref. number: 3-19-JPM
Warsaw

Position description:
Junior Project Manager will be responsible for a support in helping project meet business, schedule and budget objectives. Complete understanding of the goals of a project is crucial to this position. The Junior Project Manager will support project management in administration and communication activities, make suggestions and follow instructions in relation to the project.
Responsibilities:
- Creating a common set of practices, rules and templates
- Monitoring individual progress to ensure meeting of specific deadlines (WBS)
- Ensuring project standards are understood and followed
- Following PM progress (WBS)
- Daily contact with PM
- Providing documentation for PM
- Filing documents and approvals
- Organising meetings
- Facilitate improvements to the project conduct & management process

Wymagania

- University degree
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Very good organizational skills
- Ability to work well alone as well as with the team
- Responsiveness, assertiveness
- Understanding of business processes, specifically in finance area would be an asset
