Opis stanowiska

For one of our Clients from B2B we are looking for Finance Manger
Reports to: Regional CFO and Country Manager

Responsible for ensuring day to day running of the finance and accounting department

-Managing a company’s accounting and reporting systems
-Coordinating monthly and annual closing process and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
-Ensuring compliance with local accounting and tax standards and company procedures
-General ledger maintenance
-Implementing and maintaining the sound financial processes and controls
-Liaising on the behalf of the employer with state authorities, lawyers, auditors and tax advisors
-Preparing timely and accurate management accounts and reports for the local management and the regional finance team to specific deadlines
-Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends
-Assisting in preparing annual budgets
-Overseeing payroll activities
-Leading and developing the finance and accounting team in Poland
-Providing financial support throughout projects/ new product launches
-Creating additional analysis and reports as -requested by management and the Regional finance team
-Other ad hoc duties as required

Wymagania

-Degree in Finance or equivalent
-At least 6 years of hands- on experience in Finance / accounting
-Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
-Excellent command of English
-IT literacy – Knowledge of Navision is an advantage
-A team player with strong people management and development ability
-Excellent interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to communicate at all levels
-A proven track record of building and developing effective working relationships
-Excellent communication – both verbal and written – skills;
-Self-motivated and pro-active in seeking out answers
-Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
