• Safe execution of the project in compliance with client contract and obligations, enforcing safety regulations and policies.



• The primary GWS representative and contact hub on site.



• Daily planning, preparation, coordination and supervision of the execution of the work on site.



• Crew management. Lead and develop the GWS-teams on site.



• Day-to-day reporting and communication to customer site team and to project management.



• Handle non-conformities, help identifying and implementing corrective and preventive actions.



• Completing all GWS and customer required documentation on site.



• Record all waiting time, standby time, additional work outside contractual scope.



• On site responsible for GWS equipment (PPE, tools, cars etc.).



• Optimisation of project execution and methods.



• Performing final walk down of turbines and handing over turbines to the client.



• GWS employee assessments upon completion of the project.

• At least 3-4 years of experience from a similar position from either the wind industry or general construction.



• Safety-focused; do not compromise on safety.



• General knowledge of HSE rules and regulations.



• Substantial technical insight, mechanical as well as electrical within the wind industry.



• Robust with ability to maintain overview also when things are moving fast.



• Natural authority with established credibility and integrity.



• Able to understand different parties’ requirements, to balance interests and to find solutions.



• Systematic and persistent self-starter. Takes responsibility.



• Cooperative and communicative at all levels.



• Open-minded and experience from working in a multi-cultural environment.



• Fluent English written and spoken.
