For one of our Client, the company from aviation sector, we are looking for an experienced candidate for the position:

Quality and Safety Manager

Warsaw
 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Manage and develop quality policy in the company’s branch offices across Poland,

·         Implement quality system and standards, ensuring its functionality and regular improvement,

·         Monitor qualitative indicators of daily operations and constantly improve the quality of work processes,

·         Control and ensure the compliance with the labour discipline, fire safety, technological procedures, and airport traffic rules by the employees of the company’s branch offices across Poland,

·         Organize, coordinate and control daily work of Quality department,

·         Analyze qualitative indicators of the company’s Poland stations daily operations and constantly improve the quality of work processes, provide proposals on the improvement of quality indicators during the quality control meetings,

·         Counsel  employees of the company’s branch offices across Poland on questions related to the quality management and safety issues,

·         Establish and maintain good relationships with authorities of airports across Poland, other local and state institutions,

·         Maintain trustworthy relationships with existing clients of the company on the Polish market,

·         Ensure the rational usage of the company’s resources in the provision of services and continually seek efficiency of work processes,

·         Carry out other assignments of the company’s Board related to quality and safety operations.

Requirements:

·         At least 5 years successful experience in quality management,

·         University degree (in quality management – an advantage),

·         Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management system standard,

·         Experience of  internal audits undertake,

·         Good understanding of aviation safety and security requirements,

·         Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills,

·         Self-motivation and drive to take on personal responsibility,

·         Ability to meet strict deadlines,

·         Fluency in English.
