On behalf of our Client, a leading, international real estate company based in Warsaw, we are currently looking for:

Junior Financial Controller

Duties:

• Preparation of monthly and annual reports
• Performing financial planning 
• Supporting of main financial aspects of the company, f.ex. accounting on a daily basis
• Planning and controlling of cash flow process 
• Coordination of financial processes of subsidiary companies 
• Supporting Financial Director on his daily tasks
• Financial reporting 
• Budgeting, forecasting
• Participation/coordination of finance tools implementation process

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
• Very good command of both written and spoken English (a must)
• 3 years of experience on a similar position 
• Well-established finance knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management to maximize performance, creativity, results and problem solving process
• Ability to work under pressure, with deadlines 
• Very good in MS Office (MS Excel)
