COWI Polska Sp. z o.o. is a consulting company operating in the field of engineering and GIS. The company is part of the international COWI Group (www.cowi.com), which implements external drainage systems, plumbing systems, treatment plants and sewage plant for line buildings and buildings e.g. in Europe, Africa, America Middle and Far East.

Drainage and Sanitation department in COWI Polska designs drainage and sanitary systems for infrastructure projects. Projects are primarily carried out in Scandinavia and Africa in cooperation with colleagues from Denmark, Sweden and Norway. The use of modern design tools, systematic training, access to the latest technology, ongoing co-operation with COWI specialists from Denmark, COWI Sweden and COWI Norway, provide interesting and developmental work.

The person in the position will carry out different analysis, either independently or under the lead of the discipline leader, working also with the COWI design teams in Denmark, Sweden and Norway – responsibilities will be data analysis, GIS calculations, preparation of data for hydraulic modelling and hydraulic modelling.

• We expect candidates for this position to have a Master degree in environmental engineering, geodesy or related



• We expect communication, engagement and teamwork skills



• We require very good knowledge of English



• Candidates must have good skills in solving complex tasks and quickly absorb new methods and technologies



• We require availability and readiness for travel



• We require very good knowledge of Bentley software or similar



• We required good knowledge of GIS software



• We require at least 2-3 years of experience in working with GIS (Bentley preferred) and/or hydraulic modelling tools



• We require good knowledge of spreadsheets and preferably databases
