Opis stanowiska
Duties and responsibilities:
- Acquisition of new customers in the construction and paint industry
- Identifying early opportunities with potential customers and then talking action
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers
- Help build and launch of new product concepts
Wymagania
Job requirements:
- Completed a commercial education at high level
- Commercially aware, with previous proven experience in selling/distributing professional paints&coatings, insulation&construction materials or for example selling of floor&wall coverings
- excellent command of english and german
- Valid driving license cat. B
- A pro-active, self starter approach
Profile of the ideal candidate:
- Strong hands-on person
- Strong personality, flexible, proactive
- Representative and upright
- Has a strong persuasion
- Pragmatic and creative in finding solutions
- Solution and result oriented
- Communication skills at different levels
- Prossess excellent organizational and negotiation skills
