• lead project(s) connected with the new construction(s) development



• plan, organize, direct and coordinate activities to exploit opportunities, manage risk and achieve projects costs, schedules and performance requirements



• participate in thorough needs analysis to help identify opportunities for improvement in business processes



• coordinate use of appropriate reporting systems, manufacturing processes and quality programs and processes to achieve project goals



• ensure the project succeeds in meeting all targets , delivery schedules and technological advantage



• coordinate and execute all phases of assigned project(s)



• develops and maintains a schedule and budget for the assigned project(s)



• provides reports on the status of project milestones and adjusts schedules accordingly



• identifies and manages sub-contract vendors as required for project completion



• manage project expenditures to ensure strict adherence to approved budgets



• establish and maintain a positive working relationship with all parties working on the project, internal and external



• evaluates and monitors performance of sub-contract vendors for satisfactory performance to quality and delivery standards



• collaborate with local management and team to provide data and decisions as needed

• bachelor's degree (B. A.) or Engineering Construction Degree



• management of production constructions projects experience



• minimum of 10 years related experience



• minimum of 5 years functional experience



• knowledge and practice of engineering process and equipment



• knowledge and experience with lean manufacturing systems



• good working knowledge of finance and key metrics as they relate to manufacturing operations and support functions



• demonstrated financial acumen and ability to utilize financial systems to support projects



• Project Management Certification or MBA preferred
