Opis stanowiska
- The project involves managing contracts with the company in the are of industrial buildings
- Managing and supervising the investments in pomorskie and those outside of the region
- Monitoring costs and project works progress
- Meeting and negotiating with Clients and mainining positive relations
- Preparing investment plans and documentation
Wymagania
Requirements
- University Degree
- Unlimited construction license in civil engineering for managing construction works
- At least 3 years experience as project manager
- Experience in construction of industrial building
- Good working knowledge of contracting strategies in construction
- Fluent English
