Opis stanowiska

Qualified Building Surveyor / Project Manager / Architect to degree level or equivalent
• Key skills to include ability to understand and measure a building using measuring equipment and then relay this onto CAD to create a DWG drawing (including Ceiling Heights, Under Beams Heights, Critical Dimensions)
• The Ideal Candidate would possess a good understanding of Space planning , Office Layouts , AutoCAD , Building regulations , such as floor structures and means of escape strategies etc .
• Role includes key responsibilities as effective line manager and account manager as the candidate may lead to building and managing a team of surveyors throughout Europe.
• The role will report to either a UK based partner or a senior manager
• The role will be responsible for all deliverables on account projects on the account including KPI`s ( internal )
• The role will include a fast track roll out programme of hundreds of offices , retail and commercial refurbishments throughout Europe.
• AutoCAD architectural skills required ( min 3 years ) , Project management skills and techniques required and the ability to manage and delegate large volumes of work to internal teams .
• Ideal candidate needs to have ability to be high performing and self-motivated with very good people skills and be excellent communication skills.
• Fluent Construction based English essential with other Foreign languages preferable
• Initially based from one of the offices in Poland: Krakow, Warszwa, Wroclaw or Poznan but once project develops local and satellite office will need to be set up.
• Having access to car and valid driver’s licence are essential as a large portion of the work week will be travelling between sites, surveying and view multiple sites throughout Europe.
