Opis stanowiska
The Construction Manager is the investor on-site representative at the Combined Heat and
* Power Plant construction site and has direct oversight of the General Contractor from the engineering design phase to final acceptance of the Facility and will manage all physical interface issues with the CHP Customer.
* The Construction Manager monitors, measures, evaluates, and reports the progress of the project to the investor board of Construction including schedule, budget, costs, change orders, and quality of work
Wymagania
* Minimum of 5 to 10 years of site experience in construction management with at least some CHP project experience
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related science is preferred.
* Knowledge and experience in technical and commercial areas of construction contracting, field construction management and management of General Contractors and site construction teams.
* Knowledge of the type of CHP technology being developed for an assigned project site including knowledge of gas engine, absorption chillers, and CO2 extraction units
