Graduate Assessment Day is a one day challenge and the best way to get on board of ARCADIS. During the day you will face consecutive tasks that will allow us to assess your skills and attitude. Assessment is only part of the story. Those who succeed will be able to develop their skills and experience under supervision of our best employees and participate in a selection of ARCADIS international development programs like QUEST and Global Shapers.

• To provide support in the delivery of projects and professional assignments



• To develop the success of the projects through clear strategy and proactive commitment



• Representing the company in a professional and diligent manner, meeting, negotiating and corresponding with clients forming a strong working relationship in true partnership



• To develop strong working relationships with clients



• To provide all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner

• Graduate with at least Engineer degree



• English language is a must, other European language will be an asset



• A clear thinking person demonstrating attention to detail who is well organised and can operate independently under a broad direction



• A team player who can develop and maintain good relationships and gain the confidence of other professionals both within the Company and outside
